Making a Difference
Mid-State Special Education awarded 4 employees with the “Making a Difference Award”. This award is reserved for those who don’t just educate, but who inspire, who nurture, and who fundamentally change lives for the better. This year, we honored Brianna Taylor, Speech Language Pathologist serving the Litchfield School District, Tammy Burney, Accounts Payable serving the MSSE central office, Shawna Thole, Special Education Teacher at Thrive MSSE Public Day School, and Nichole Robbins, Paraprofessional at Thrive MSSE Public Day School. These 4 professionals go above and beyond for students, parents/guardians, colleagues, and the districts they serve and they are truly Making a Difference.
