SCISHA Presentations

• Topic: Stuttering - Nina Reeves is presenting September 25th from 9:00am-11:00am following the SCHISHA meeting at 8:30am. This will be a virtual training. 
• Topic: AAC - Brittney Bourgeois is presenting May 7, 2007 from 9:00am-11:00am following the SCISHA meeting at 8:30am. This will be a virtual traiing.

2026-2027 Trainings

• Blended CPI Training – Morrisonville: CPI Training is Crisis Prevention Intervention; this training meets the ISBE requirements for staff to engage in a Time-Out, Isolated Time-Out, or Physical Restraint. These trainings will be a blended model, both On-Line and In-Person.
  • Morrisonville: On-line portion will be available to participants in July. On-line portion must be completed by August 13^th. Participants will finish up this training with an in-person session occurring on August 13^th, 9:00am-2:00pm (times might change).
  • Panhandle: On-line portion will be available to participants August 3rd. On-line portion must be completed by August 17^th. Participants will finish up this training with an in-person session occurring on August 17^th at Raymond or August 19th at Farmersville, start time 2:00pm.
  • South Fork: On-line portion will be available to participants August 3rd. On-line portion must be completed by August 18^th. Participants will finish up this training with an in-person session occurring on August 18^th, start time approximately 12:15pm.
  • Edinburg: To be scheduled
• Restorative Practices: Mindset Shifts and Building the Foundations of Change - Ali Hearn Coaching and Consulting group is providing 2 virtual trainings. Dates are February 12, 2027 and March 12, 2027 from 12:00-3:00pm. This training is open to any MSSE employee or member district employee.
