DESCRIPTION:Mid-State Special Education offers a comprehensive Mentoring & Induction Program for all professional staff newly hired by MSSE or one of our member districts. The mentoring program fosters professional growth while giving mentees structured activities to facilitate the understanding of required policies and procedures mandated by districts, ISBE, and MSSE.  Led by our experienced and skilled program coordinators, the Mentoring & Induction Program is a great opportunity to engage in professional development related to MSSE policies and procedures, best practices in special education, and required federal and state mandates.  Through the mentoring program you will be provided the guidance a support needed to be successful serving your district, students, and families.\n
