Just a reminder that if you are having problems with printing to CRT/IEP then you need to download ans install the printer patch. Below is a description of how to install the printer patch.
Instructions for Windows XP:
1. Download the file located at http://www.midstatespec.org/Printers/PrinterXP.zip
2. Save this zip file to your desktop.
3. Once the file is downloaded, double-click on the file.
4. Inside the compressed zip file you should see a file named printerxp.reg.
5. Double-click on printerxp.reg. It will ask you if it is ok to import that file into your registry. Click Yes/OK.
6. It will tell you that it has successfully imported the information. Click OK
7. If you have the IEP program open, you will need to disconnect and connect again.

If you are having trouble printing in CRT/IEP there is a fix that works on most of the compatible USB or Network printers.
Download this file http://www.midstatespec.org/printers/printerxp.zip if you have a Windows 2000/XP computer.
